Hotel Policies and rules to be agreed to when renting guest rooms:
- Maximum occupancy for guestrooms: 2-bed guest room has a maximum occupancy of 5. A king room has a maximum occupancy of 3. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel.
- Please be mindful of other guests in the hotel and keep noise levels to a minimum. This hotel has a zero tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests you will be issued a warning. If there is a 2nd noise complaint you will be asked to leave the hotel premises without a refund.
- No underage drinking or illegal substances are permitted in the hotel guestrooms. Either of these violations will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel premises and the involvement of law enforcement. Hotel is also 100% Smoke-Free!
- The Comfort Inn West of Charleston, WV assumes no responsibility for any damages to vehicles, or for valuables left in vehicles, while in our parking lot areas; also not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms. Rooms are available with safes for those guests requiring them. *Please enquire about safes at the desk area if you should require one.
- The person who rented and signed for the room will be charged for any damages, or theft sustained, in the guest room which you occupy, or to any hotel property damaged by you or your guest.
- The person who rented and signed for the room will be charged for special cleaning fees for smoking in any of our guest rooms, which you and you guest occupy, or any other abnormal cleaning that must be done to the room you rented.
