Guaranteed Reservation
This is a reservation using a valid credit card to hold a room for late arrival, guest coming in after 4 P.M. on the date of arrival. Rooms will be held until 7 A.M. the following morning of the reservation. In order to cancel a guaranteed reservation and not incur a charge, you must cancel by 4 P.M., 24 hours before the date of arrival, special events and holidays may have different cancellation policies. Advanced Deposits may be used to hold rooms for late arrival. Just stop by or mail a check or money order to the hotel seven days prior to arrival.
If paying by Debit Card, a $150 deposit is required by debit card or cash at check in. If paid by cash, the deposit will be refunded at checkout. Refunds to debit cards may take 7 business days to refund to your account. Rooms can be paid by cash at checkout only pending valid credit or debit card with the entire authorized amount to secure the room.

Non-Guaranteed Reservation
All reservations held until 4 P.M. on the day of arrival. If you have not arrived by 4 P.M., rooms will be cancelled.
