Pet Policies and rules are agreed to when renting guest rooms at the Charleston, WV Comfort Inn:
Pet Policy/Pet Room Agreement
Welcome furry friends, we hope you enjoy your visit with us. Guardians acknowledge the following rules and agree to adhere to them by signing an agreement at check in.
- Pets are defined as cats and dogs. All other pets are prohibited.
- A weight limit if 100 lb. or less per pet is acceptable with a two pet maximum.
- Leashes are required on dogs when out of the room.
- Pets may walk on the property outdoors with the exception of the pool area. Pick up and remove all waste.
- Pets should not be left alone in vehicles or rooms at any time.
- Loud pets will be asked to leave so other guests will not be disturbed, no refunds will be given.
- All Damages to the hotel room by a pet will be charged to the guardian.
- This hotel will not be legally or otherwise responsible for personal property damage by any pet, nor harm to any guest.
