We love TripAdvisor when they post real honest reviews. The problem comes in when they allow reviews that are not completely accurate from customers that we maybe don't know and/or cannot contact. We are a 2015 Certificate of Excellence winner but the TripAdvistor review system is flawed. We welcome Free Speech Rights and honest, accurate reviews. We ask all guest to please post honest reviews and also contact us using our Comfort Cares Feedback form.
